Yoga with Lara Ward

Align, Balance & Flow Yoga with Lara 

Our time together begins with centering our breath in stillness before we move into poses designed to improve our core stability, balance and tone.  Each class will create suppleness in the hips, spine, legs and shoulders prior to deep relaxation on the mat.  This class is for appropriate for beginners comfortable with standing postures through to intermediate level.  

Lara A. Ward has guided yoga classes for over 30 years and is the creator of Lotus Gardens Yoga School where she has personally trained and certified over 500 yoga teachers.  She blends her yoga expertise with her knowledge of kinesiology as licensed massage therapist to ensure safe and proper practice. 

 This program consists of 4 consecutive Tuesdays.

July 5th, July 12th, July 19th, and July 26th.
