Join Angela LeClerc, an Argentinian-born Sherman resident of Italian heritage, for an engaging introduction to the Italian language and culture. Raised in an Italian-speaking household, Italian was Angela’s first language and remains an important part of her daily life and family traditions. Her deep connection to the language comes from both her Italian roots and lifelong experience speaking it with family and friends.
This is a series of five classes, 2 hours per class taking place on Saturdays at 11am, 8/15 - 9/12
Drawing on her heritage and recent travels throughout Italy, Angela will introduce participants to basic Italian vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational phrases while sharing stories about Italian customs, traditions, food, and everyday life. Whether you are planning a trip to Italy, looking to connect with your own heritage, or simply interested in learning a new language, this class offers a welcoming and enjoyable way to begin your Italian language journey.
