Peel back or build up your layers. Meet yourself with creativity, curiosity and compassion.

Join us for a creative 2-hour workshop where we’ll explore the parts of ourselves that are often left unspoken - through intuitive art-making, gentle sound meditation, reflection, and mindful presence. No art experience needed - just curiosity.

Together, we’ll use mixed media materials and meaningful prompts to create layered self-portraits that honor where we've been, where we are, and what we’re becoming.

  • Gentle guided sound meditation 

  • Collage-based artmaking (Mixed media)

  • Reflective journaling + optional sharing

  • Reflection cards to spark insight

Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to yourself.

All materials provided, participants are also welcome to bring photos, imagery or ephemera that is meaningful to them.
